What are your coaching programs?

My coaching programs are designed to educate, support and guide you through learning and implementing the necessary lifestyle changes necessary for long term success on your health journey.  Something that is extremely important is consistency.  So by way of mindset shifts and accountability, I coach you to be confident in continuing your health journey with success.

How long are your coaching programs?

My coaching programs can vary in length based on my clients needs, as they are customized.  This can range from 4 to 16 weeks.  The average is 12 weeks.

What are Chronic Lifestyle Diseases?

Chronic Lifestyle Diseases are common diseases and illnesses that in most cases can be effectively prevented and managed with lifestyle modification.  Some examples are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
